For years we have had our own little flock of hens at home, its brought a lot of joy to me and the kids and we certainly wouldn’t be with them. I've wanted to start a little business of my own for a while and there is definitely a lack of local poultry supply shops near us in Somerset, certainly if you want to shop local and from small business owners, rather than the large chain brands. So Somerset Poultry was launched! Its still new, so our product lines are still growing, but I love it! We don’t have a retail premises, its all online for delivery or anyone local can order online and collect, usually same day. So watch this space, I hope this little business can grow and provide a much needed local supply of quality poultry supplies.
