Shipping Policy

All our deliveries are despatched using either DHL Express, APC Overnight, Royal Mail or a pallet service depending on size of parcel and destination. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days (stock permitting) from receipt of an order. You will be notified of any delays with your order if despatch will be longer than 2 working days.

For parcel sized orders, our checkout will calculate a shipping quote based on size, weight and postcode according to the DHL price matrix.

International Shipping - Non UK

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country and is usually collected from you, by the courier company. Sedgbeer Processing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility to pay as the importer.

Made to Order Items

For all items that state 'made to order', we will contact you after purchase to inform you of the current lead time. If you need the item on a certain date, please contact us before you purchase to ensure we can meet this turnaround time. 

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet orders will be calculated by pallet size and weight and will vary by postcode, this will again be calculated at checkout and a shipping quote given.

We do ship pallets internationally, however at this time we cannot take orders for this online, if you would like a shipping quote for an offshore address, please contact us: customerservice@sedgbeer.co.uk.

Upon receiving your delivery please check you have all the items you were expecting and that all products are in good condition. We will need to be informed in writing of any missing items from your delivery within 3 working days of you receiving your parcel and 5 working days for any item you have received that you are unhappy with the condition. The best way to inform us is via email on customerservice@sedgbeer.co.uk.
