Manual Evisceration Trough

Our manual evisceration trough for poultry is stainless steel construction throughout and made by us in the UK. Fitted with two hand-held water-spray guns and a knee operated hand-wash tap. Two operators are able to eviscerate birds without any risk of cross contamination. The trough is ideally placed under an overhead line but can also be supplied with a frame to hold two shackles, see our Manual Evisceration Station.
