The SP70 wax reclaim tank is designed to work alongside our SP140 wax dip tanks to allow continual wax reclaiming while you process.
We have taken the concept from larger capacity reclaim tanks, used for on-line systems, and adapted it to make a more compact unit for the smaller processor. In doing so we have made a cost effective system that is simple to use and saves time and effort.
Heated via a single phase 4kw heater and being fully insulated make this tank very efficient. The tank also comes with a hopper to allow for easy loading of the wax peelings and a perforated stainless steel basket that can be simply lifted out to remove the feather from the wax. Clean wax will continually run through the mesh basket and back into the dipping tank via the wax run off tap.
