The SP140 wax reclaim tank is designed to work alongside our SP140 and SP500 wax dip tanks to allow continual wax reclaiming while you process.
We have taken the concept from larger capacity wax reclaim tanks, used for online systems, and adapted it to make a more compact unit for the smaller processor. In doing so we have made a cost effective system that is simple to use and saves time and effort. Unlike our smaller wax reclaim tanks, the SP140 reclaim tank utilises an oil jacket to allow higher temperatures to be achieved in the wax, which enables more efficient reclaiming.
Our wax reclaim tank is fitted with a stainless steel static filtration basket and lid. Clean wax will continually run through the filtration basket and back into the dipping tank via the wax run off tap. Comes with built in control box and is all stainless steel construction.
