Our hand operated poultry sinew puller is a must have tool – This device is very simple to use and makes the job of removing tendons from chicken, turkeys and geese very easy, quick and efficient. Its tough and durable design and construction means very little maintenance is required. We do sell spare springs and bolts for this sinew puller in the event that these parts need replacing, but there really isn't much else that can go wrong with these tools.
The sinew puller needs to be firmly mounted either on a table, on a wall or vertically on a post. The legs are then placed in the ‘V’ shaped claw at the base of the tool. This action pulls the foot off and draws the sinews out of the drumstick at the same time.
