The PCI is a vertical disc plucking machine and has been design to reduce noise levels in slaughtering environments.
It's designed for broiler plucking +/- 2kg equipped with 6 finger cups, with an interval of 125mm between cups and 4 or 6 bank version.
The machine is fitted with a fully stainless steel hydraulic system, allowing for width and height adjustment on the plucking banks. It has a pressure switch to protect its oil circuit. Disc driving is done thanks to specially engineered plastic gears to reduce noise level and wear and tear.
The PCI means lower downtime as almost no maintenance is necessary and the need for finger replacement has been greatly improved as well. Bayle can propose a wide range of plucking finger hardness to ensure that plucking is always perfect.
Available in various plucking lengths: 1.45m, 2.35m and 2.85m
