Our mobile cooling racks are available in 2 different sizes, constructed entirely from stainless steel and are designs to hang all sizes of chicken and smaller turkeys for cooling or transportation.
The hanging bars are made from one piece of stainless steel and are fully removable, making them easy to clean and hygienic. The frames are fitted with stainless steel swivel castors with a 125mmø nylon wheel.
For oven ready birds you also have the ability to hang by the knuckle.
