Our large poultry evisceration station with overhead frame and double conveyor hand line enables the smaller poultry processor to streamline their evisceration (EV) process and allows up to five operators to work simultaneously.
With this evisceration station each operator can continually perform a specific task, meaning once their job is done, for example cutting of the vent, the bird can be moved down the conveyor hand line in the shackle on to the next operator to perform the next task. This method keeps production moving and makes the whole process efficient.
This approach, although a manual process, simulates the online EV process, whereby each task is completed by a different machine tool.
