Our knife sterilisers are manufactured entirely from food quality 304 Grade stainless steel in the UK. Suitable for basin or wall mounting.
Knife Steriliser Features:
- Smooth surfaces for easy wash down and fully welded construction.
- Water supply can be preheated, steam heated or optional 2KW 240V single phase electric element available with thermostatic control to maintain water at 82°C.
- Side mounted 11/2” BSP socket for mounting heating element or steam or preheated water.
- Features a removable knife cradle, with 2 full width slots for knives, and 2 holes for steels.
- Base mounted 1/2” nipple for water supply
- 1/2” lever valve for waste from internal overflow upstand pipe.
