This 4.5 meter EV belt was originally designed to enable turkeys up to 35kg to be eviscerated in a horizontal position, making it easier and less fatiguing for the operators. The belt features height adjustment for various sized birds, a spray bar with fan nozzle for cleaning and a variable speed drive so the belt can be synced with the overhead line.
